Services and Fees
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SERVICES Individual therapy is available for children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical work and experience includes anxiety and depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, sexual abuse and trauma, mental health issues, self esteem, stress management, life transitions and adjustments, and others. A complimentary 20-minute consultation is available at no charge to first time clients only. This consultation will help us to determine if I can help you meet your needs, to determine if you are appropriate for individual counseling services, discuss insurance and fees, and to explain the counseling process before making your initial intake appointment. During your consultation, we will schedule your initial intake in which a full assessment will be completed to identify any symptomology and to develop a plan of treatment that will work for you. Fees and Payments:
The standard fee for individual counseling services is $110.00 per 50-minute session. Initial intake and assessment is $130.00.
**An adjusted rate is available to individuals who do not have insurance and can demonstrate financial need.**

- Out of Network Provider (please check with your provider first to ensure benefits and reimbursement)

- Percentage covered by insurance
**PLEASE NOTE: Should you choose to use your health insurance benefits, a diagnosis is required to receive coverage for sessions. Please be aware that once this diagnosis is processed by the insurance company, it will then become a permanent part of your health record and may affect future health insurance premiums and benefit coverage. Thus, some clients may decide to pay out of pocket to ensure their privacy.
Payment Types:
Cash, checks, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment or call with 12 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
 | GROUP COUNSELING SERVICES Group counseling provides a setting which allows you to gain a better understanding of yourself through the feedback of other group members. Previous groups have included building self-esteem, managing stress and anxiety, coping with depression, and support for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Groups typically consist of 90-minute weekly group sessions for a total of eight to ten weeks. Specific criteria must be met in order to participate in group counseling, and a face to face intake must be completed prior to joining a group. To inquire further about upcoming groups and participation in group counseling, please call (314) 608-1497. Fees: $50 per 90-minute session. Participants are strongly encouraged to stay with the group through the full 8 - 10 weeks.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Workshops, seminars, and educational presentations are available to children, adolescents, adults, parents, schools, churches, businesses, and other organizations. Specific curriculums can be developed and tailored to meet the needs of the organization and the audience. Programs can range from a one hour "lunch & learn", to a three hour workshop, developed to meet the organization's specific needs. Some topics include but are not limited to:
- Self-Esteem for Girls and Women
- Effectively Managing Stress
- Parent Education
- Understanding Depression
- Understanding Anxiety
Fees: Fees may vary depending on topic and length of program. Fees will be specified when a workshop or presentation is scheduled.
